Welcome, To  ARS Rattery

Here are ARS we are 100% committed to bringing you the best looking roan rats imaginable, All of our rats have been bred here in my rattery for Several Generations. 
My Stock came from my Sister Rattery, Janell of Ratterfly Rattery (FLY), who received her stock from Connie Perez of Rat Genuis Rattery (RG) In 2009.
 They have been selectively breed for both longevity, healthy and temperament, Over the last 4 years, my  rats have proven themselves over and over again on diversity of colors, and unique display of playfulness, and outstanding temperaments. 

And loved by many Fellow Rat Breeders, and Pet Home Owners Alike. They are like Potato Chips you just can't have one..LOL

I have bred my very special "Kinky" trait into my rats, you can read more about that trait on the "Kinky Page" Listed just below, NO other rattery in the US currently has this trait, specially in any Roans.   I also have bred my special "Mouse" Dumbo ear type into this line as while, again you can read more about this trait on the "Mouse" Dumbo page. 
 
All my breeding's are selectively paired to ensure that each litter surpasses their parents in all aspects. And that each Genetic mutation (kinky, & "Mouse" Dumbo ) is improved and enhanced on each new baby born.  If your looking for a sweet loving,  1 of a kind family member in the New York Area, Look no

We may have a bit of a wait on our waiting list for babies, but the wait is well worth it!! You won't find any of these varieties just sitting in your local pet shop!!. You can only find them here at ARS Rattery!!!

Note to My Fellow Breeders

While I have no problem doing business with responsible breeders in other states, I choose not to adopt out my rats to people who intend to breed in my State. Good homes are hard to come by and if there are a couple breeders in one area it becomes too hard to place everyones babies!

Breeders that wish to do business with us must share similar values and breeding practices. References, breeder referrals and or club/org memberships mean nothing to me, if you don't have your rats best interest at heart. 

I'm always happy to answer any questions or share my findings with other breeders so we can together to improve the fancy. Feel free to contact me if your interested in knowing more about a particular rats line, I use Zooeasy to keep track of my pedigrees. 

ARS is a Closed Rattery
This means we don't allow visitors in our rattery, This is for the safety of my animals and that alone.
All rats going to new homes are  tattooed in the left ear!! 
This ensures my rats won't end up in shelters, and will always find their way back home.
